A/Prof Ang Seng Bin

Title of talk: Healthy Bones, Active Living.

Clin A/Prof Ang Seng Bin is the Head of the Menopause Unit of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. His research interests include osteoporosis, menopause, sexual health, healthcare innovations and dermatology. He is currently the General Secretary of the International Menopause Society, the President of the Menopause Research Society (Singapore), the Vice-President of the Osteoporosis Society Singapore and Immediate Past President of the Asian Federation of Osteoporosis Societies,. He has been invited to speak at many international conferences on topics relating to osteoporosis and menopause.

Dr Clara Ngoh

Title of Talk: Optimising Chronic Kidney Disease in the Community

Dr Clara Ngoh is a consultant Nephrologist at NUH. She is the clinical lead for Diagnostic Nephrology in the Division of Nephrology, NUH and the co-director of medical assessments at the Department of Medicine, NUS. Her clinical and research interests are in optimizing diagnostic capabilities in chronic kidney disease, and she has been involved in efforts to streamline diabetic kidney disease triage and evaluation in the community setting. Her other interests are in deployment of medical informatics to further CKD programs and CKD diagnostic tools. She is involved in the development and deployment of the NUHS cluster Nephrology clinical dashboard.

Prof Lee Bee Wah

Title of talk: Troubleshooting childhood vaccinations

Prof Lee Bee Wah is a Consultant Paediatrician with an interest in Clinical Paediatric Immunology/Allergy at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, an Adjunct Professor (Department of Paediatrics) at the National University of Singapore, and a Visiting Senior Consultant Paediatrician (Children’s Medical Centre) at the National University Hospital. She has a special interest in the areas of childhood vaccines and paediatric allergy and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr Zheng Shuwei

Title of talk: Pneumococcal vaccinations in adults

Dr Zheng Shuwei is a Consultant at the Department of Infectious Diseases at Sengkang General Hospital. He is a member of the Society of Infectious Disease (Singapore) and has published multiple articles in the field of Infectious Diseases.

Dr Lim Ang Tee

Title of Talk: Exercise Prescription at Different Stages of Life

Dr Lim Ang Tee is a well-established Sports Physician and practices at Changi General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. He was the Chief Medical Officer for the World University Floorball Championships in 2014, and also on the medical team for the Southeast Asian Games and the ASEAN Paragames in 2015.  Dr Lim was also the Chief Team Physician for Team Singapore during the Summer Paralympics in 2016, the Asian Paragames in 2018 and the ASEAN Paragames in 2022.

Dr Lim is accredited as a Family Physician and a passionate educator. He is the Director of Advance Specialty Training for Sports Medicine in CGH and is an active member in several examination committees for Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. He is currently on the panel of advisers for Family Medicine Continual Medical Education programme.
